Automation Connectors

CaseSolo supports automation connector planning through the Developer Portal, webhooks, and the automation adapter registry.

Zapier

Zapier is the broadest connector surface. It includes triggers for cases, tasks, documents, contacts, calendar, billing, intake, AI outputs, client messages, compliance alerts, and workflow completion. It also includes actions for creating or updating records, sending communications, generating documents, logging billing items, and running workflows.

High-risk actions, such as sending client communications, requesting signatures, recording payments, or syncing accounting data, require approval before they should be used in production workflows.

Make And n8n

Make and n8n use the same CaseSolo automation model as Zapier. Instead of duplicating every workflow definition, CaseSolo sends signed webhook payloads into Make scenarios or n8n workflows and tracks them through the same reliability and replay model.

Admin Checklist

• Create a scoped API key in the Developer Portal.
• Use webhooks for event-driven automations instead of polling when possible.
• Keep high-risk automations behind human approval.
• Review failed delivery and replay history in webhook and integration reliability tools.
