E-Signature Integrations
CaseSolo can connect to DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign so your firm can send documents for signature and store signed PDFs back in CaseSolo.
What Works
- Connect DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign with OAuth.
- Send envelopes or agreements from templates or uploaded documents.
- Track status updates from provider webhooks.
- Void, cancel, resend, or remind depending on the provider.
- Retrieve embedded signing links where supported.
- Store completed signed PDFs as CaseSolo documents.
- Queue retries if a completed signed document cannot be downloaded or saved immediately.
What Happens When A Document Is Completed
When the provider sends a completed-signing webhook, CaseSolo downloads the signed combined PDF, uploads it to storage, creates a document record, and writes an activity log entry. If storage or provider download fails, CaseSolo records a retry item so the capture can be replayed instead of losing the signed-document event.
Troubleshooting
- If a provider says it is not connected, reconnect OAuth from Settings.
- If signed PDFs do not appear, check the integration retry queue with an admin or support user.
- If webhooks stop arriving, verify the provider webhook configuration and firm settings.
- If a document appears without a case link, the provider webhook did not include CaseSolo correlation metadata; reconnect and resend the envelope/agreement from CaseSolo.
