QuickBooks Online
Use QuickBooks Online settings to connect your firm ledger, choose which records sync, and map CaseSolo activity to the right QuickBooks accounts.
What You Can Configure
- Company name and company ID for local status display.
- Invoice, payment, expense, and trust-account sync toggles.
- Service item ID for invoice line items.
- Operating bank or credit-card account ID for expenses.
- Expense account ID for filing fees, costs, and other purchases.
- Trust account ID when trust-account sync is enabled.
- Payment method ID for default or replayed payments.
Why Mapping Matters
QuickBooks requires invoice lines, payments, and expenses to reference the correct accounting objects. CaseSolo uses these mappings when creating invoices, recording payments, creating purchases for expenses, and replaying failed sync attempts.
If the readiness panel says required mappings are missing, save the missing QuickBooks IDs before relying on live sync.
Recommended Admin Workflow
- Connect QuickBooks from Integrations.
- Enter the QuickBooks service item, account, trust, and payment-method IDs.
- Save options and confirm the mapping readiness panel is ready.
- Run sync and review the latest sync status.
- Check Integration Reliability Center for replay backlog or webhook issues.
Replay is designed for failed create operations. If an item needs manual accounting review, clear or retry it from the admin tools only after confirming the QuickBooks target account is correct.
